New Location Coming to LA for Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice

DEC. 21 – Pinhero Construction has been awarded the contract for Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice coming to Los Angeles mid 2021.

The team will perform tenant improvements on the 1,300 sq. ft building on South Fairfax Ave in the heart of a lively destination for craft food and drinks.

The contract comes during a time when restaurants are struggling to stay afloat amidst new coronavirus restrictions mandated in California.

The restaurant will occupy a former retail store in the Gilmore Farmers Market and centered between La Brea and Beverly Grove. The area is known for drawing large populations to visit the La Brea Tar Pits and Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Known for their single-item menu, Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice has drawn loyal customers and expanded to multiple locations around Southern California. They have shops in Tustin, Rowland Heights,  San Gabriel, Santa Ana, Buena Park, and soon central Los Angeles.

Their one and only dish, the “Chicken Breast Bowl” includes savory braised chicken over white rice and topped with seasoned red and green peppers.

Yang’s Braised Chicken will be Pinhero’s sixth current project, with multiple other opportunities on deck. Connect with us on Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook to see our lineup and stay up-to-date on all projects.
