Construction For Rodeo 39 Public Market

Pinhero Construction, Inc. Completes Construction For Rodeo 39 Public Market

OCT. 17 – The two day grand opening of Pinhero Construction’s largest project kicked off today at noon in Stanton.

Located at the heart of 22 and Beach Blvd, the 37,000 square-feet market features 27 tenants, including a bar, a coffee shop, a bakery, a flower shop, an arcade, a tattoo parlor, retail vendors, and the city’s first brewery.

Rodeo 39 Public Market is the newest culinary and community experience to hit Orange County for developer Frontier Real Estate Investments. Pinhero worked with three individual architectural firms and over 50 subcontractors for the completion of the project.

A variety of wood paneling, tile finishes, pendant lights, gypsum soffit ceilings and decorative furniture line the interior. Outside, guests are able to lounge in a spacious seating area of Ipe wood paneling, Mexican beach gravel, and overhead lights that illuminate at dusk.

The full scope of work detailed interior and exterior tenant improvements, including millwork, FRP, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and install of all elements. The full scale project encompasses nearly 200 unique elements tailored to each tenant.

With the bulk of construction in the middle of a global pandemic, Pinhero Construction successfully navigated their way through by taking extra precautionary measures to ensure safety. Segregating work spaces, alternating trades, and maintaining strict PPE requirements allowed the general contractor to keep their timeline to one year.
