Safety
Our Dedication to Safety
To us, safety is more than just a priority – it’s a mindset. Pinhero is committed to the health and well-being of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and community. We approach each project with a #SafetyFirst policy to prevent accidents and maintain a secure jobsite for everyone involved. With active programs in place, we continually strive to improve our practices and maintain an injury-free workplace.
Training and Programs
Our established safety programs are upheld throughout all construction activities. Our field teams review necessary protocols and safety requirements before beginning each job. Specific trainings are held regularly to ensure we are maintaining best industry practices and our site superintendents have the appropriate OSHA certificates.

Our Response to COVID-19:
During this unprecedented time, our focus remains the health and well-being of our employees, clients, vendors, and partners. We are taking necessary precautions and implementing practices in the field and office to keep our Pinhero family safe and help slow the spread of COVID-19. We are encouraging employees to stay home if they feel ill, logging daily temperature checks, sanitizing all equipment before and after use, maintaining strict PPE requirements, and segregating work stations. We are continuing to monitor the pandemic and prove company-wide updates to ensure everyone’s safety.
