New Tea Bar And Ramen Joint Coming To San Juan Capistrano

SEPT. 25 – Pinhero Construction has been awarded Dragon Fly in San Juan Capistrano, the newest company to fuse two popular concepts, Boba and Ramen. You can order the tea-based drink from one half of the shop, and warm ramen from the other.
Located just minutes from Mission San Juan Capistrano and right off the Ortega Highway, Dragon Fly shows promise with a prime location and niche craft.
The quiet neighborhood accented by blooming flowers and California sun, has welcomed recent guests like Ramous House Café and The Vintage Steakhouse.
Originally designed to be HiroNori Craft Ramen, the nearly 1,500 square foot building will include new ceiling and flooring, full-service kitchen area, new restrooms, and a spacious dining area.
Pinhero will partner with Architecture Design Collaborative on the project. Construction will begin late October and is set to follow a three month schedule.
Dragon Fly will debut as the first of it’s kind in the area, offering a variety of choices for guests. Pinhero has a few new projects on the rise with the addition of Paderia Bakehouse and New Haven Marketplace.
