Rodeo 39 Soft Opens In Stanton

SEPT. 23 – The 37,000 square foot food hall celebrated their soft opening in Stanton today from 11am-9pm. Located at the heart of 22 and Beach Blvd, Rodeo 39 hosts 16 restaurants, a bar, a coffee shop and bakery, an arcade, retail shops and the city’s first brewery. OC’s newest dining and shopping experience is part of a commercial development for Frontier Real Estate Investments.

With the bulk of construction in the middle of a global pandemic, general contractor Pinhero Construction navigated their way through COVID-19 restrictions to successfully complete the project. By segregating work spaces, alternating trades and maintaining strict PPE requirements allowed Pinhero to keep their construction timeline to just over a year.

Pinhero partnered with three architectural firms and over 50 subcontractors for the completion of the project. The full scope of work included interior and exterior tenant improvements, including millwork, FRP, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and install of all elements. The full scale project is comprised of nearly 200 unique elements, tailored to each individual tenant.

The newest culinary experience curates a community of authentic cuisine. A variety of wood paneling, tile finishes, pendant lights, gypsum soffit ceilings and decorative furniture line the interior. Outside, customers are able to lounge in a spacious seating area of Ipe wood paneling, Mexican beach gravel, and overhead lights that illuminate at dusk.

The market joined a long list of commercial projects produced by Pinhero Construction. While full speed ahead with Rodeo 39, the team simultaneously completed numerous projects, including Oi Asian Fusion, Mainchick Hot Chicken, Santa fe Springs Transitional Living Center for the Salvation Army and Williams Elementary School.
