New Haven Marketplace Coming to Ontario Ranch Early Summer 2021

OCT. 20 – Pinhero Construction, Inc. has officially been awarded the contract for the New Haven Marketplace, an 8,000 square foot market nestled in the hills of Ontario Ranch. 

After monumental completion of the new dining and shopping experience, Rodeo 39 Public Market, Pinhero will perform tenant improvements for the same developer, Frontier Real Estate Investments. 

Fusing modern farmhouse with picturesque landscape, New Haven will host a mix of food and shopping tenants, as well as a brewery. 

The scope of work will include tenant improvements to the existing building with the addition of partitions, new kitchens, and electrical systems. 

Located on Ontario Ranch between New Haven and Haven Avenues, the dubbed “Instagram-worthy’’ center will be the lively hub of social interaction, showcasing the area’s rich farming history.

The structure has been drawn and laid out by Bickel Group Architecture, the same architect who collaborated with Pinhero on Rodeo 39. The market plans are following in the footsteps of Ontario’s long tradition of community events, with planned monthly Farmer’s Markets and performance centers.  

Conceptual visions have already attracted top-grade restaurants and retail shops. Vendors have yet to be announced, but guests can anticipate popular spots from around southern California. Grassy areas will line the beautifully designed landscape, inviting visitors into an oasis of relaxation.

Construction is anticipated to be complete early summer 2021.
