Pinhero Construction Partners with Paderia Bakehouse for Third Location in Southern California

AUG. 11 – Pinhero Construction has been awarded the contract for Paderia Bakehouse, coming soon to Santa Monica. The modern bakery just recently opened their newest location in Irvine, serving traditional baked goods with influences from around the world.

The hub of California culture will get its newest tenant with the addition of Paderia Bakehouse. Located on Wilshire Boulevard in the heart of the popular shopping area and minutes from downtown Los Angeles, the expanding bakery will occupy a 910-square-foot space, immersed in a hot spot of authentic dining and retail stores.

Serving baked fresh goods with an “open until sold out” approach, co-founders Davion Tran and Nathan Vuong have stuck by this tradition since the shop’s first opening in Fountain Valley in 2017. Their method evolving menu have sparked remarkable growth, with mentions in ABC 7, Business Insider, Fox LA and OC Weekly.

Upon completion of Rodeo 39 Public Market, Santa fe Springs Transitional Living Center for The Salvation Army, Oi Asian Fusion, and Mainchick Hot Chicken, Pinhero will transition right in to building for Paderia Bakehouse.
